As kids we were both digging in the dirt, picking up rocks and collecting them as little treasures. Lindsay even tried to sell some of her rock collection to her neighbors. That love or rocks carried over into our adult lives, and we decided to get a little artsy with it. We are a married couple and have found so much joy in creating together and making The Rusted Rabbit what it is today.

We make all of our jewelry by hand using Copper and Sterling Silver Wire. While we are still avid rockhounds, we purchase most of our crystals and fossils from local rock shops, online lapidary artists, different mines throughout the world, and of course our favorite Rock and Gem Shows.

Our customers feel like family to us, and doing pop-up events is one of our favorite parts of doing what we do. We do many events throughout Michigan and are starting to branch out to other states as well!

Mike is a self-proclaimed Geology nerd and offers so much knowledge on where our stones come from and how they were formed. Lindsay has a love for the metaphysical and can tell you all about the healing properties and energy of the crystals we use.
