Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you source your crystals and gemstones?
We source our stones from local rock shops, rock and gem shows, local lapidary artists, online lapidary artists, and contacts that we have made that mine them. Ethical Sourcing is important to us and we try our best to find people who can tell us where the rocks came from. It's even better when they come with a story.
Do you believe crystals have healing energy?
We believe that crystals carry energy from the earth, and with intention may bring you that same energy. We do not believe crystals will cure your ailments, and should not replace any sort of medical treatment or therapies.
Do you do custom orders?
We do! As long as we feel your idea is in our wheelhouse, we are more than happy to take custom orders. We will work with you and ask a lot of questions to make sure your idea is made a reality and made the way you envision. We send progress photos along the way to make sure it is looking the way you want it. Custom Orders are not returnable or refundable
Won’t Copper turn my skin green?
It might, depending on how you use it. Metals that have a copper content oxidize, causing them to turn green over time with exposure to oxygen, moisture, and oils on your skin. This oxidization is not harmful in any way, and washes off easily. This usually only occurs for copper rings, where the metal is in one place over time. This can be avoided in a multitude of ways. Making sure to remove your jewelry when showering, swimming, washing hands, can help immensely. You can also coat the metal with a clear nail polish where it touches your skin, and this should help with that oxidization effect. We apply a coat of micro-crystalline wax to our pieces to further help prevent this, but that coating will wear out over time, so keep that clear nail polish handy for when you need it! If you have any other questions about oxidization, feel free to send them our way!
How did you guys get so cute?
Honestly, we ask ourselves that every single day, and have yet to come up with an answer. Ask again next year!
